League strength is the relative strength of a league compared all other leagues.

This is calculated by looking at the combined scoring output of all teams in a league relative to the total potential scoring output, based on the league's lineup size and scoring system.

The strongest league has a 100% league strength rating.

Adjusted Average Points (Adj. Pts):

Estimated points a team would average in a full strength, 12 team league with standard scoring system and captains.

This applies a teams scoring proficiency (adjusted for league strength) to the default league scoring sytem.
